The Brief

We had four tasks: drive website traffic, convert visits into bookings, manage the sub-brands to stand alone without compromising the core KX Pilates brand, and engage users via social media.

The Solution

We planned and built a user-friendly website designed to convert visits to trials. It targeted local users through dedicated landing pages for each of the 30 studios, supported with an SEO strategy to drive traffic. Sub-brands were managed through individual websites that cross-pollinated. The website integrated social media posts and promotions across Facebook and Instagram.

The Outcome

Brands now fit within a natural hierarchy. The site consistently ranks No.1 in Google searches. 30% of new visits result in a booking. 6,000 people successfully use the studio search function each month. Our social media strategy has resulted in a 300% increase in the reach of Facebook posts, over 200 engagements per Instagram post, and over 300 new followers each week.
